Presentation of the Project "development of innovative curricula and modules in circular economy and sustainable development- circulec" of the European Union Programme Erasmus+

On May 28, 2025, the Technological University of Tajikistan hosted a product exhibition and job fair for graduates of all levels of education at the university, in which more than 40 enterprises, institutions and organizations took part.
Within the framework of this event, taking into account the participation of a large number of enterprises, institutions and organizations, the project working group presented the goals and objectives, the idea and the significance of the CirculEs project of the European Union Erasmus+ program for the higher education system in modern conditions by distributing advertising materials and conducting explanatory talks with representatives of manufacturing companies, participants, graduates and employers.
It should be noted that the impact of climate change, the negative impact of the traditional model of economic development on energy sources and resources, the current state of the labor market, globalization processes, integration into a single global educational space, unprecedented penetration of technology into the global economy, increased competition in the global market are of great importance for training and equipping graduates with green and modern skills that can lead to a reduction in the impact of unsustainable factors in the future. At the same time, during the presentation of this project, it was clearly noted that the circular economy is a model of economic development aimed at ensuring the efficient use of resources, establishing their reuse, recycling waste, extending the service life of materials through the popularization of knowledge and the development of green skills.
During the meeting and presentation of the project, representatives of manufacturing companies, participants, graduates and employers paid special attention to this method of organizing the educational process, taking into account the inclusion of disciplines offered by the project in the curricula, taking into account new professional skills and competencies.
